Arsenal’s shambolic capitulation continued yesterday after Crystal Palace thumped the Gunners 3-0, where the Londoners just earned seven defeats in 12 Premier League games and they have also failed to win their last four away League games.
The uncertainty over Arsene Wenger’s future was thickened by the display of yesterday but it appears that there could be mass exodus of players away from the Emirates. Alexis Sanchez, Mesut Ozil, Lucas Perez and Jack Wilshere have all been linked with moves away from Arsenal next summer.
Despite the horrendous form of Arsenal, Alexis Sanchez has remained committed to the club but a report by Daily Star claims the Chilean is fed up with how things have turned at Arsenal and he now wants a move to Manchester City, so as to link up with his former boss Pep Guardiola.
His probable desire to leave Arsenal is not just because he wants a pay rise but Sanchez may not win any trophy if Wenger continues to man the managerial helms of the club. Sanchez, 28, has refused to put pen to paper on another deal despite having less than 18months on his current contract.
However, Juventus, Paris Saint Germain, Chelsea and Manchester United have all placed Sanchez at the Zenith of their transfer list. The Daily Star even claimed further that Jose Mourinho has spoken to Sanchez for a possible move to Old Trafford.
Arsenal would want to keep the player but i think they’ll find it difficult to do so given their struggles. Who wouldn’t want to win a trophy?
