The first of two competitions we are running from today on 7Cantonas.com has a prize of 2 tickets to Norman Whiteside’s birthday bash on Saturday, 7th May.
What would normally be a United Nights event has been specially set up so Norman can spend his birthday with United supporters, and entertain them with all of the stories of his time as a player for both Northern Ireland and United. You’ll be able to hear about he was scouted by the same scout that discovered George Best and his uncanny path that seemed to go alongside his fellow Ulsterman; as well as his recollections of the 1985 FA Cup Final, where he scored THAT goal against Everton.
The event will be held on Saturday, 7th May at the Walkabout just off Deansgate in Manchester from around 7pm. This is a truly one off event to spend the birthday of a true United legend with the man himself.

As with regular United Nights event, there will be a buffet and prize raffles.
