RetroUnited.com can share that Gordon Hill is offering a free camp for twenty youngsters this July.
Gordon is returning to the UK with his American tour after securing agreements for young talent to prosper in the Chesterfield academy and says that he is combining this years tour with the opportunity for local children in Macclesfield to take part.
“I want to give something back to the game of Football and the youngsters and give local players a chance to show their talent,’ says Hill. ‘I will be coaching them all week, I used to hold my football schools in Macclesfield for many years and have seen a lot of young players come through, and with me bringing young players from the US to play and train, I thought it would be great to mix them and let them see both cultures.’
The Gordon Hill football camp runs from 13th to 17th July at 6pm-8pm and the players ages range from 10 to 13 years of age. A select number of spots are available – for more information, listen to this week’s RetroUnited podcast, or to reserve a spot for your child or children, please contact us at mail@retrounited.com.
Demand is likely to be high and so Gordon will be accepted applicants on a first come, first served basis.
