I hope it is true – fans react as Ivan Perisic orders agent to push for Man United transfer

The Ivan Perisic rumours to Manchester United won’t go away as his agent, Fali Ramadani was spotted in Manchester on Thursday as speculations continue to intensify about the future of the 28-year-old wideman. Manchester United have been linked to his signature all summer but Inter Milan have proved firm in their asking price for the player.

Inter have demanded around £48m while United are not willing to go past the £40m mark. Inter Milan manager, Luciano Spaletti has stated that the former Wolfsburg man is not for sale, and is a key member of the team going into next season.

Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho praised Inter Milan recently, eulogising their desire to keep Perisic, which signalled perhaps the end of the chase. However, the chase might be reignited as Ramadani was spotted in Manchester perhaps to find out United’s interest in his client, as rumours continue that he could sign a new contract.

Here’s what the Man United fans have been saying on social media platform, twitter.

Perisic is also keen on a move to Old Trafford but it remains to be seen whether a deal could materialise before the end of the transfer window. He was magnificent for the Nerazurri last term, performing consistently in what was a disastrous season for the club, who finished seventh and suffered three managerial casualties.

Perisic is a left footed attacking player adept at playing anywhere across the front three. He is known for his dribbling, attacking, creativity and finishing. He registered 12 goals and created 14 more, in 42 matches, and had 198 shots in Serie A last term, more than any other player who scored 10+ goals.

Should Man United past the £40m mark for Perisic?

Stop faffing about and get Perisic and Rose. Next year transfer fees will be a lot higher again. Pay whats been asked for. Then they can settle in quicker.
