Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal and defender Chris Smalling attended a press conference overnight ahead of the club’s second friendly against San Jose Earthquakes.
Van Gaal has made a number of comments which were picked up by the press – referring to a mystery striker signing and the possibility of signing Sergio Ramos.
