Manchester United are ready to step up our pursuit of German midfielder, Mesut Ozil who is into the final six months of his Arsenal career. The 29-year-old Arsenal midfielder has been the subject of interest from Jose Mourinho, our manager who is keen to reunite with the attacking midfielder after both men worked at Real Madrid. News emerging lately has suggested that Italian giants, Juventus are now interested in signing the playmaker from Arsenal, who is available to discuss terms with foreign clubs this January.
Juventus may be interested in getting Ozil, as his friend and international teammate, Sami Khedira who currently plays for the TurIn club. With the futures of Marouane Fellaini, Juan Mata and Henrikh Mkhitaryan still up for question, we are keen on signing Ozil who will add stardust to our side and we must now act in order to beat The Bianconeri to his signature.
The player is keen to leave the Emirates as he bids to play alongside a lot of more quality players as he aims to win the major trophies on offer and his experiment of working for Jose means that it won’t be a problem for the former Real Madrid man to adapt to his methods. Arsenal have consistently offered him a contract extension but he has refused all so far, as he has set his sights on a move away from the club.
Ozil will help our quest of breaking down smaller clubs as his vision and creativity are up there with the very best.Fans have taken to social media to urge the club to make a move for the player. Below are some of the best reactions to the news.

Jesse Lingard would benefit most from Mesut Ozil than any other player at Manchester United, mainly bcoz of his movement and run.
Can see him having the same effect as Ramsey in his first season with Ozil.

Ozil is a central attacking midfielder known for his vision, creativity and passing range. He joined Arsenal in a the club record £42 million deal back in 2013, and has since won The FA Cup on three occasions in that time, and he enjoyed his best deals at the club in 2015/16, where he registered 19 assists in the league, just one behind the all-time record set by Thierry Henry of 20 set in 02/03. He will add undoubted quality to our team.
