Swansea City vs Manchester United preview: analysis, and prediction
By Felix Law.
Swansea’s Bob Bradley definitely did not know the problems he was inheriting at the Welsh club following his appointment last month considering how bad the club has played despite his appointment. Ahead of the meeting with Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United in Sunday,  Bradley’s Swansea will need to be defensively solid to gain any point from the game.

Swansea have seen 2.5 goals in 7 of their last 8 games against United in all competitions making their Sunday meeting look like a high goal scoring game. Swansea have also lost 5 of their last 6 games in the Premier League which makes it more likely that the bad form will continue at home against United. That is not all as Swansea haven’t won any of their last nine games in all competitions losing seven in the process.

Against United, Swansea have fared better winning the last two games against the North West side (2-1 in all). Bradley is expected to continue with his favoured 4-2-3-1 which will see Lucas Fabianki in goal, Rangel, M.V.D Hoorn, Mawson and Kingsley in defence . Leroy Fer and Ki Sung Yeung will parole the centre of the park while M. Barrow, G. Sigurdson and Wayne Routledge will play in attack leaving Fernando Llorente as the lone forward.

United on their part have failed to score in their last 3 Premier League games going winless in their last 4 League games. Against Fenerbahce, Jose Mourinho was visibly furious with his players that he accused them of lacking passion and determination unlike their Turkish counterparts. Mourinho is expected to start with his favoured 4-2-3-1 formation with David De Gea in goal and the likes of Darmian, Marcos Rojo, Daley Blind and Luke Shaw in defence.

In central midfield Michael Carrick and Fellaini are expected to play in a double pivot. In attack Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial will play on the flanks leaving out Juan Mata to play in the no.10 slightly behind the forward who is expected to be Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Although it is difficult to predict, United is expected to win the game considering the array of talent compared to struggling Swansea.
